1. Information Gathering

At the start of our investigation, we will communicate with the insurance agency, gather police reports, speak with the witnesses, recover photographs and videos and hire additional staff if needed.

2. Recovering Damages

Our next step is to make sure you have a means of transportation if your vehicle was totaled and that all the issues associated with insurance companies and the DMV are resolved.

3. Investigating the Accident

We will review all the applicable insurance coverages, claims and benefits for accuracy to make sure you receive the maximum benefits.

4. Communicate Findings

5. Negotiation

Upon completion of your medical treatment and your doctor agreeing that you have healed as much as possible, your final medical records will be gathered. We will present a demand letter to the insurance company to begin the negotiation process. If the insurance company presents an unfavorable amount, we may file a lawsuit.

6. Bill Reduction

If you accept a settlement offer, our next step is to lower your medical bills with your providers.

7. Final Check

Upon settlement of all the medical bills and other fees, we will provide you with the final disbursement amount for your review and approval before the final check is issued.
