They were very professional and, most importantly, they set real expectations on what to expect. They explained in great detail the process would be, and what to expect as outcomes. They communicated to me what paperwork was needed and helped me fill out some of the more challenging documents.<\/p>\n<p>Their follow up was excellent, which was needed as the amount of paperwork was extensive.<\/p>\n<p>The assistant was excellent in her follow up, organization and attention to detail. in the end, the process was easy because of their experience and completeness in details. Everything was in place for the deposition and mediation processes.<\/p>\n<p>What impressed me was their honesty in their recommendations for going forward. I never felt they were billing for time not necessary to my case.
