I initially tried to negotiate with the other party&#8217;s insurance adjuster myself but found him to be uncooperative, antagonistic, and generally unresponsive. I was getting nowhere and at this point I\u2019d resigned myself to the fact that if I was able to recoup any compensation for my damages, it would be nominal. That\u2019s where the McKiernan team stepped in and I do mean team.  They assigned a lead attorney but by my count, there were at least four people in the firm all working together to attack the case.<\/p>\n<p>They picked up where I left off and not only obtained a settlement for top dollar, but did so quickly saving me time and also the hassle of dealing with an unpleasant  task.  And by the way, other firms were not interested in taking the case at all as they said it was too small and wouldn\u2019t be worth their time and effort.  I highly recommend the James McKiernan Lawyers and I&#8217;m certain that I would not have been able to get the settlement that they obtained had I tried to do this by myself.
