{"id":47640,"date":"2017-04-03T18:05:22","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T18:05:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jamesmckiernanlawyers.com\/?p=47640"},"modified":"2017-04-03T18:05:22","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T18:05:22","slug":"two-killed-crash-highway-46-near-paso-robles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesmckiernanlawyers.com\/en\/blog\/two-killed-crash-highway-46-near-paso-robles\/","title":{"rendered":"Two killed in crash on Highway 46 near Paso Robles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><b><\/b><span class=\"s1\">PASO ROBLES, Calif. &#8211; Two people were killed Sunday morning after the vehicle they were riding in collided with another vehicle and rolled several times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">The crash happened at around 8:30 a.m. on California State Route 46 near Paso Robles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">According to witnesses at the scene, a Ford Expedition was traveling on Highway 46 when it ran a red light at the intersection of westbound Highway 46 and Buena Vista Drive. A small Honda car was turning north through the intersection when it clipped the rear of the Expedition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">The Expedition rolled multiple times across the highway and came to rest in the eastbound lanes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">A female passenger of the Expedition was ejected onto the highway and pronounced dead on scene. The male driver was also pronounced dead on scene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">Two additional passengers in the Expedition as well as the driver of the Honda were transported to Sierra Vista Hospital in San Luis Obispo.
