My experience was great with this firm. It has been a year since my case was resolved and I don’t have anything negative to say. My only suggestion is that there be more help in the process of writing monthly progress reports. I had a TBI that made it difficult to work through things without some prompting. That could just be an extra sit down meeting to present the promptings from different angles to help get the hang of things. Other than that, it was a tremendous relief to have the half a dozen insurance “specialists” stop calling. I am happy with the results of my case. No regrets.
